make a house, and doors don’t make a house. It’s a play about how a
family makes a house.
And it doesn’t matter where you live –
whether it’s an up house or a down house, or an outhouse or a
townhouse. Who you live with, is the important bit.
This beautifully illustrated
children’s book
is brought to life on stage by tutti
frutti
and York Theatre Royal for
children
aged 4+ and their families. With
live
music throughout, the merry band
of
actor-musicians will take you on a
journey
to the house with the blue light,
round the brim of uncle’s hat and over the moon, all in search of
that most magical place - a home.
