You can pay for your tickets
in the following ways:
- by cheque,
payable to Eastleigh Borough
Council including your
guarantee card
number and expiry date
- using Visa, Delta, Solo, Access,
Mastercard,
Maestro and Switch;
please note that card
transactions are subject
to a £1 card fee
Important
information about your bookings:
Reservations: reserved tickets will be held for
three working days or until 30 minutes before the event (which ever
is sooner) after whihc they will be released for sale. Where
there is a high volume of ticket sales for an event you will be
asked to pay for your tickets when booking. We regret that
tickets cannot be refunded unless the event is cancelled by The
Point or a hiring company.
Ticket
exchanges are at the discretion of the mangement and a charge of £1
will be made for each transaction.
Concessionary prices: Unless otherwise stated,
concessions are offered to customers under 18, full-time students,
senior citizens, recipients of unemployment benefit and people with
disabilities. We respectfully ask that you bring
identification when you book. Concessionary prices for
hirer events may differ, please check when booking.
Group
bookings: If you book ten or more tickets at one time for
selected events organised by The Point, you will recieve one ticket
free. This may not apply to events organised by hirers of The
Point. Group reservations will be held up to 21 days after
which payment must be made or they will be released for sale.
