The Point and its hirers run over 30 weekly classes for all ages and abilities.

Monday 4th January – Friday 2nd April

Please note: there will be no classes during half term week 15th - 19th February.

There will also be no classes on Good Friday 2nd April.

 

After the successful opening of Phase3 and the magnificent transformation of the dance studio, we are now able to offer a 12 week term. Fees are payable in two blocks of six weeks: before session one and session seven.

sessions one to six

w/c 4th January to w/c 8th February

sessions seven to twelve

w/c 22nd February to w/c 29th March

 

Unfortunately we cannot offer classes on a pay-as-you-go basis other than where stated.

 

Unless otherwise stated all adult classes are open to anyone of 16 years + and will be at a general level. Places are limited, so early booking is advised.

 
If you have a medical condition, an injury, or experience any discomfort or pain during class please inform your tutor.  All of our teaching staff are of the highest standard and professionally trained, they will be happy to help.
 
The Point is not responsible for the content or conduct of classes run by studio hirers (marked *).
 
We reserve the right to cancel classes at a weeks notice if attendance is low.
 

A note to parents and carers:

In accordance with Eastleigh Borough Council’s Child Protection guidelines children should not be changed in public areas of The Point (including the foyer).  The dance studio or the toilets can be used for this purpose.
Please also note that if you leave your child alone at The Point you are making a decision about your child’s safety. We can take no responsibility for them outside of class time and it is vital that you are here to collect them promptly.
 

Dance Classes Cancellation Policy -     The Point, for all classes and         summer schools

No Refund will be given for classes except for the following circumstances:
 

-  Bereavement – Full Refund

 

- Severe sickness – Full Refund on provision

    that you are able to send or bring in a

    medical note

 

- General sickness – No Refund

 
If you are new to a class and are unhappy with the class we have 2 options depending on circumstances
 

-  Option 1 – transfer to another class if

   appropriate

 

-  Option 2 – 50% Refund – or 3 lessons from

   a 5 week term or 5 lessons from a 10 week

   term

 

Taster session policy for all classes    (not Summer Schools)

You are welcome to come to the first class of a new term to try out a session, however, it is recommended that you contact the box office on 023 8065 2333 to register your interest. If you decide to enroll for the class you must pay for the whole term including the taster session.
 

However, there is a risk element in a taster session. If from the time of your enquiry and the beginning of term the class becomes fully booked then you will not be able to join the class.
