Arts development
Point Out is Eastleigh Borough Council’s arts
development team who manage and deliver over 200 projects a year
around the borough. Working with individuals, schools and community
groups the team arrange for over 12,000 people a year to work with
and experience professional artists from a wide range of different
art forms.
From film and drama to disability dance and music the team
work with many diverse partners both locally and nationally.
