entertainingly skewed solo performance pays homage to the seminal
early c20th dancer, choreographer and film maker Heidi Dzinkowska.
Through reconstructions from 1904, archive film and Dzinkowska’s
inspirational ‘dance commandments’
this loving portrait fuses past and
present while asking the audience to think sideways about its
desire to create icons.
